Die Wohnung ist liebevoll (in italienischem Stil) eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Induktionsherd, gute Pfanne, Kaffeemaschine (Dolce Gusto Pad?), der Kühlschrank hat ein Eisfach).
Eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.
Internet, WLAN und Internetfähiger TV (Netflix, Prime) ist vorhanden. Da es in der ersten Woche sehr heiß war mit über 35° , waren wir froh, das im Wohnzimmer eine leise Split Klimaanlage installiert ist.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Couch gut gepolstert.
Unser Host war sehr freundlich und hilfreich mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Er hat uns freundlicherweise, auf Anfrage auch zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Damit konnten wir in 5min zu einem der Gebührenfreien Strandabschnitte radeln.
Die Wohnung liegt in Laufweite der Flaniermeile mit Restaurants und Shops und Bahnhof. Da die Wohnung in einer Sackgasse liegt, hat man vom Autoverkehr wenig bis nichts mitbekommen. Wir hatten auch immer problemlos einen Parkplatz in den umliegenden Straßen gefunden.
Der Espresso Preis im Ort von ca 1.50€ ist unschlagbar. Und dazu auch noch sehr lecker. Eine Pizza im Restaurant ist ein Muss.
Es gibt vorm Strand (ca.100m) größere Wellenbrecher, daher ist das Wasser am Strand ruhig und man kann ewig weit reinlaufen. Ist also ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
Vor den Wellenbrechern kann man auch kiten und surfen. Es gibt in Abständen auch Rettungsschwimmer Posten am Strand.
Das Publikum war überwiegend italienisch, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit etwas italienisch und Englisch kam man immer zusammen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in Porto San Giorgio
Die drei Wochen vergingen wie im Flug.

Ci siamo alloggiati allo Zio Vito con mio marito, mia figlia e mio padre. L'anfitrione si è mostrato sin dall'inizio reperibile, gentile e notevolmente premuroso. L'appartamento è molto ben localizzato, comodo e pulito, con cucina ben equipaggiata e tutti i dettagli possibili per far si che il soggiorno degli ospiti sia grato e agevole. Di sicuro se torniamo in zona torneremo dallo Zio Vito.

Świetna lokalizacja, czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i duży apartament, cisza, bliskość morza i bezpłatnej plaży, świetna gastronomia w pobliżu.
Nie widzę minusów :)

Everything about this place is exceptional! The host was super attentive! Nothing too much trouble! When we arrived the property was so clean and very spacious for just the three of us! Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are fab! We slept so well! Excellent location too and so peaceful! Really can’t fault the place!
