We absolutely loved the location.
The cleanliness is impeccable. You won’t find a speck of dust or anything out of place. Both the kitchen and the rest of the apartment are equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a long, comfortable, and worry-free stay. There is an ironing board and iron, a washing machine, detergents, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, a broom and dustpan, both paper and fabric cleaning cloths, toiletries, a hairdryer — literally, nothing is missing.
The apartment is located right on one of the streets that becomes pedestrian-only after 7:00 PM, and it’s just a 2-minute walk from the seafront. There is also a 24/7 shop just one minute away. I honestly don’t think you could find a more convenient location unless you were staying directly on the beach.
Parking is available on the street, on the side opposite the beach, or in a designated parking area near the beach, about a 4-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment has also been recently renovated.
I read another review mentioning that the neighbors next door leave their shoes in the hallway, and this is indeed true. However, this is something that falls under the building management and is not the responsibility of the Di Fiori property owner. As for the slight damp smell mentioned in that review, it is barely noticeable — but, after all, you are staying by the sea. If it bothers you, simply set the air conditioning to “Dry” mode and the issue is easily resolved.
Giving the property a rating of 3 stars because of these very minor imperfections, which are not even related to the apartment itself, seems completely unreasonable to me.
As far as I’m concerned, I would rate this property a 10/10. Everything you need is there, the apartment is spotless, the location is fantastic, and the overall experience was excellent.

you can find all staff you need to long stay inside the house. even there is sun umbrella and you dont need to buy it. location is fantastic. 20seconds to sea and best location ever you can find in that semi-island.
Biggest problem is parking. city is overcrowded, it is imposible to find parking place. nearest parking is in the disaster location. you cant enter area between 20:00-24:00. best place was a parking which was 15 mins away from the house. another big problem was internet. internet was DISASTER. there is wifi internet that you cannot use because the speed of it belong to the dial-up period. third problem was the emergancy exit sign light. it doesnt let you sleep during night if you want to sleep in living room. there is no cooling system in bedroom, and it could be warm and uncomfertable to sleep during night.

Het was gewoon fantastisch ingericht, super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! En dicht bij het strand, boulevard, restaurants en barretjes.
