HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA Y SERVICIO

El día de check-in preguntamos si podíamos ingresar un poco más temprano (antes de las 3 pm), nos contestaron que nos mandarían mensaje cuando estuviera limpia, cuando recibimos el mensaje eran 1:40 pm, llegamos y el chico que nos recibió dijo que aún no estaba lista la habitación y nos dijo que nos podíamos quedar en una habitación exactamente igual a la que reservamos, era falso, era demasiado pequeña (máx. 3x3m) y además nosotros habíamos reservado una habitación con sofá-cama y en esta habitación no estaba, le comentamos al chico y dijo que nuestra habitación tenía problemas de carpintería y por eso no estaba lista, dijo que nos podíamos mover cuando estuviera lista, esperamos en la habitación pequeña más de una hora, mientras esperábamos una persona pudo entrar a nuestra habitación (las puertas se abren con código), nos movieron a la habitación a lado de la que nosotros habíamos reservado, como se veía igual ya no dijimos nada, pero hubo otros problemas, nosotros llevamos a nuestra perrita, desde que hicimos nuestra reservación comentamos que la íbamos a llevar, no se nos dijo nada, el chico nos comentó que llevar a una mascota tenía costo de $500 extra, pero por el momento que nos hicieron pasar nos iban a cobrar solo $300 pero que iban a ser $200 extra por cambiarnos de habitación, obviamente le comentamos que eso no era nuestro problema, desde un principio esa era nuestra habitación, entonces el dijo que si nos entendía pero eran sus jefes los que le comentaron eso, dijo que iba a hablar nuevamente con ellos pero de todos modos teníamos que darle los $500 por la mascota (sí los dimos aunque nos habia dicho del "descuento").
