Clean and nice place, but very disappointing due to no Wi-Fi, water issues, and poor communication.

The apartment was lovely and very clean. It also has a cute little courtyard which was a nice feature.

The basic amenities were very disappointing as there was absolutely no Wi-Fi during our stay. The water pressure was also extremely low—it would run for just one minute, cut out, and we had to wait for it to start again. Additionally, communication with the hosts was poor, as they didn’t reply to all of my messages.

Nightmare!

Nothing

Everything! The place is filthy, there are spiders and bugs…. Total nightmare!

The worst stay of our lives! filthy, abandoned and completely mismanaged!

Absolutely nothing. From the moment we arrived, everything about this property was a nightmare.

Pretty much everything. Check-in was a disaster we had to wait over an hour, calling several times before someone finally let us in. The room was filthy, full of spiders and bugs, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We had to spend 30€ of our own money on cleaning supplies just to make it usable. The bathroom vanity was especially disgusting not just watermarks from the previous guest, but also toothpaste stains and grime. Clearly, no proper cleaning had been done at all. During our entire 5-night stay, we never saw a single staff member. No fresh sheets, no towels, not even a refill of toilet paper. The place felt completely abandoned. This has nothing to do with high expectations, we just wanted a clean and basic room, but what we got was a dirty, neglected nightmare.

Scam auf höchstem Niveau

Absolut nichts, einfach rein garnichts.
