Posizione strategica sia per l'arrivo dalla stazione che per muoversi a Venezia, nonostante la posizione centralissima la casa è silenziosa trovandosi al terzo piano, è tutto nuovissimo
Nulla tutto veramente perfetto, da tenere presente che ci sono tre piani di scale da fare a piedi per cui consigliabile bagaglio leggero, ma a parte questo veramente molto comodo

We booked this property as we had previously stayed in the apartment below and the location is excellent and just where you’d want it to be in the thick of things. They are done out to a good standard
So this is a review of 2 halves. The above about what we liked was the good part.
The beds were super uncomfy. The pillows are pancake flat. We received an email after the first day asking if there was anything we needed and we requested extra pillows due to the above but didn’t get a reply back only messages about can I leave a review that is 5* on one platform and 10* on another. This was before we’d even completed our 2nd night of 3.
Now on the beds they had bed bugs, we initially thought they were mosquito bites as we have been to Venice 4 times already and know what to expect. HOWEVER the bites got more and more and we’re not looking like mosquito bites it wasn’t until our last day that we went to a farmacia and they confirmed the bites were bed bug bites. The day after we got home we went to a uk pharmacy and they again confirmed that they were bed bug bites.
So I messaged the apartment to say this and was met with what can only be described as an arrogant denial. Whilst i appreciate other guests weee there before us there’s nothing to say that they didn’t bring the bed bugs with them. The apartment isn’t going to check for this after each stay which is fair enough but please don’t undermine myself and the intelligence of the health professionals who confirmed they were bed bug bites and the bites had the consistency of bed bugs due to formation etc. I asked the apartment to WhatsApp me as I don’t have their number and I can send them pics but they then send me their number asking me to WhatsApp them at this point it just becomes ignorance and arrogance from the apartment to not even take ownership of a problem.
Like I said the apartment is great but the response and attitude over a pest problem in the apartment has let it down massively and left a sour taste along with lots of bed bug bites. Hopefully they get the place fumigated and it doesn’t happen to anyone else
