The rooms were ok and spacious as mentioned in the pics were neat and clean. This is a service apartment, Nigil KS was the coordinator who helped on the accommodation and shared the queries we had and suggestions. I recommend anyone who would like to visit Guruvayur again would stay there as it was very near EAST nada of the temple and restaurants near by walk able.
The check out and check in timings were 12 pm that was quite discomfort and need to pay for a day rent as we usually reach the apartment in early hours and leave late for the far places as buses and train timings. We need to inform early to get the accommodation in the same service apartment if only available else we could need to wait or get arrangement far away from the booked places would be difficult with old aged persons. Please plan accordingly.

Location is 5 minutes walk from Guruvayur temple. Room was clean and very good. Ac is there only in the bedroom. However if you keep the door open then even the hall will get some bit of ac. So that was ok. They allow Pets. So thats a big plus. Host or the lady who was responsible for the booking kept messaging me giving directions, from where to pick the room key etc.
Parking basement is a mess. They need to clean the place. Severe power fluctuations. Power got tripped in the night. Luckily there was sombody who checked the generator room and switched it on. There is a care taker in the premises who is good for nothing. They need better caretaking .
