The apartment was in a great location, very walkable to the centre. Very well equipped and comfortable.
We had an issue with the internet on arrival and hosts were super helpful and resolved within a day.

This apartment is better than a 5-star hotel—and then some.
Personalized service upon arrival; Giorgos was incredibly friendly. He provided a wealth of information. Communication with Katerina via WhatsApp was seamless.
It is brand new—practically untouched. The design and amenities are of excellent quality. It is very spacious, comfortable, and well-lit. Everything is top-notch; nothing was missing. I loved the collection of antique glassware—a family heirloom.
The kitchen is well-equipped. There were plenty of complimentary items, including extra virgin olive oil and homemade raki, as well as excellent Cretan white wine.
There was an abundance of bottled water, spices, tea, and coffee, plus honey, energy bars, multigrain bread, traditional sweets...
I needed something, and they brought it over within a few hours.
The location is perfect for everything. It’s a 5, 10, or—at most—15-minute walk to anywhere.
I’m sure I’m forgetting something, but in short: it’s wonderful. I would return to Heraklion just to stay here again.
Se efvaristó poly.
Todo perfecto.

We liked everything- the lovely hosts, the size of the apartment and the fact that it was immaculately clean, and also the proximity to the centre of the city.
