I loved everything from arrival to departure. Excellent location in a peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed with top appliances from BOSCH . The appartment was very clean . They also had Dstv with good internet connection . The hosts were extremely lovely and prompt with responses. They even went beyond to assist us with affordable tourist sites .. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend .
Couldn’t fault a thing

Lovely apartment with all the amenities I wanted in a lovely location.
The host Mimi was very friendly and accommodating.
The cleaning staff especially Joshua were lovely.
Not enough hot water in the bathroom, facilities not maintained properly. The internet was intermittent- not stable.
We could not swim in the pool as it was not clean. it had leaves and dead bugs in it every time we went there.

It was a very clean, well presented apartment with nice views.
The lack of professionalism of the operator. The lack of clear communications and respect to customers
Disgraceful
Some rooms within the apartment were locked.
