Good for one night stay, room was clean and comfortable
The taxi drivers didn’t know where it was, free shuttle to airport wasn’t available when we checked out

The service provided by staff was really excellent. We only had a one night stay but we would definitely come again. No complaints at all.

The beds were nice and the space. Kitchen was nice and clean was just missing a sink. Be nice to have a sink in the kitchen for the room we were in. Thank you Sepo and Phillip probly the only 2 staff that helped us get what we wanted at the property. As for the ladies at reception? Maybe work on their customer service and communication. We had a little problem with our washing and she wasnt very helpful the night shift female we didnt get her name but be more professional next time without giving attitude. We expect the same service that we pay for as money doesnt grow on trees and very expensive. Other then that accommodation was good.
That there was no proper bath mat for the bathroom thats how the floor was wet. No sink in the kitchen, also our washing was mixed with our family room and we got it back and was mixed together and still smelt damp. Also price for washing was very expensive. Also no one came to service our rooms everyday its like we have to ask but service in the rooms with towel replacements and emptying rubbish should be a everyday thing to check on.

2 x double 1 x single and fold out couch
Overall abit dirty
Very bad sound proofing between rooms we had a loud group next door playing terrible music until midnight so was hard to get sleep
