La PEOR experiencia que he tenido alquilando un apartamento
La ubicación no compensa la MALA EXPERIENCIA. Si quieres dormir en una cama rota, con suciedad y coger hongos en la ducha, este es tu apartamento.
TODOS LOS COMENTARIOS NEGATIVOS SON CIERTOS E INCLUSO PEORES.
Nunca tuve una experiencia tan mala al alquilar un apartamento.
El anfitrión te insulta si le dices que la cama está rota y no pudiste dormir en ella, además de acusarte de que la has roto tú. Puede verse en comentarios anteriores que ya lo estaba (lastima que lo alquile con mucha prisa y no los leí)
La ducha tiene moho y está sucia, la nevera está congelada y lo peor la cama hundida, cuando se lo dices te insulta diciendo pesada y te acusa de haberla roto tú, es increíble que se pueda ser tan cínico!
En la entrada al apartamento tiene almacenadas cosas viejas y basura, eso te da una idea de lo que te vas a encontrar al abrir la puerta.
Lo peor es la cara de tonto que se queda cuando te toman el pelo de esta manera, te sientes muy estafado.

Mieszkanie wygląda zupełnie inaczej niż na zdjęciach:
- brudne zniszczone ściany, odpadający tynk, w niektórych miejscach grzyb na ścianach
- umyte tylko podłogi, brudny i klejący stół i półki w salonie, brudna nierozmrożona lodówka i zamrażarka, smród w lodówce, niewyniesione śmieci w kuchni, worki pełne śmieci zalegające na balkonie i korytarzu przed drzwiami, przez 11 dni pobytu nie udało się uzyskać konkretnej informacji od gospodarza gdzie wynosić śmieci, podesłał tylko informację jak segregować śmieci (po włosku), nie udostępnił klucza do kosza na śmieci, śmietniki na ulicy pozamykane na klucz
- klimatyzacja w jednej z sypialni nie działała, przenośne urządzenie niekompletne (brak przewodu do odprowadzania skroplin), drugie urządzenie działało jak wentylator, bardzo głośna praca, nie schładzało powietrza tylko dawało nadmuch, temperatura w pokoju około 27-28 stopni
- zatkany odpływ zlewu w jednej z łazienek, przelew z bojlera wprowadzony do odpływu bidetu
- problemy z instalacją elektryczną, przy załączeniu kilku urządzeń jednocześnie wybijało korki np.aby włączyć piekarnik w kuchni trzeba było wyłączyć np. klimatyzator lub boiler
- co drugie gniazdko oraz włącznik do światła nie działało, brak światła w niektórych pomieszczeniach
- żelazko z wtyczką brytyjską
- telewizor w salonie bez pilota, trzeba ściągnąć aplikację
- niezabezpieczone przewody (uszkodzona izolacja) w salonie w zasięgu dzieci
- uszkodzone łóżka, w salonie sofa po rozłożeniu zapadała się (brak śruby do zamocowania zawiasu), w sypialni obok na połowie łóżka brak stelażu, podłożone zostały kawałki płyt podtrzymujące materac, dorosły człowiek nie był w stanie tam spać
- po kilku dniach zabrakło gazu w kuchence, nie było sensu zgłaszać z uwagi na brak pomocy ze strony gospodarza
- stare, przypalone naczynia w kuchni, brak pełnego wyposażenia dla 7-8 osób (naczynia, krzesła)
- potwierdzamy że wszystkie zarzuty gości z poprzednich opinii są prawdziwe

La struttura ha un potenziale elevato, ma è completamente abbandonata
Posizione centrale ma indirizzo indicato in modo errato.. NON si trova al 24 ma al 28.. terzo piano con scale pericolose.. ed ascensore micro con l’accesso ad una sola persona alla volta con valigie (in 2 si è bloccato)
Luce assente in tutta l’area soggiorno
Aria condizionata assente nelle camere
Scaldabagno che colava acqua arrugginita con allagamento al bagno (ho dovuto mettere una pentola per evitare)
Salvavita saltato diverse volte
Lavandino otturato
Letto matrimoniale con la rete in solo una metà del letto, mi sono alzata alle 3 di notte con una forte sciatica scoprendo che sotto di me vi era un pezzo di legno solo per metà della mia porzione di letto, ed un buco nell’altra metà
Letto nella camera da letto padronale completamente a terra
Struttura sporca
La mattina all’arrivo chiamo e mi dicono che invieranno i codici per fare ingresso in autonomia, nel messaggio scrivono (non potevano comunicarlo nella chiamata) che gli asciugamani ERANO A PAGAMENTO A 10€ a testa
Provo a chiamare e richiamare per l’intero soggiorno NON risponde più nessuno

Grance potenziale, pessima gestione
L'unica nota positiva è la posizione in pieno centro e comodissima per i locali.
Per iniziare le indicazioni dell'appartamento erano sbagliate, sia il numero civico che il codice della key box. Non riuscendo ad accedere abbiamo dovuto fare numerose chiamate all'host senza alcuna risposta. L'appartamento era sporco (frigo sporco), rientrati dalla spiaggia abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia ghiacciata (non c'era acqua calda), abbiamo dovuto cercare gli asciugamani tutti consunti, macchiati, televisori non funzionanti, aria condizionata non funzionante, luci non funzionanti (la sera abbiamo usato i cellulari per muoverci nella zona giorno), sacchetti di sporco sui balconi. L'appartamento potenzialmente bello ma assolutamente senza alcuna gestione, assistenza e senza preparazione.
