We booked as a group of 7 adult friends catching up from different parts of the world. The no of bedrooms/bathrooms and larger living room and dining table worked very well for the group. The location was fabulous with multiple public transport options including direct tram to main station and bus to Alexander Platz. Walk a block to Stargarder Str for a wonderful selection of restaurants. Organising a group meant a lot of questions and the communication from the host was very responsive answering very quickly.
The plastic shower curtains and lack lip on shower base meant that water got onto the floor and the shower curtain was a bit unappealing. With a group having more than one key or code access would have made things easier for the group

er was geen veegborstel en stoffer en blik voorhanden. Dan is het moeilijk om even te vegen

Schlichtes aber sehr modernes Design der Wohnung . Große Räume und sehr viel Platz. Austausch mit dem Personal war super : Sekundenschnelle Antworten auf Nachfragen ,sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Lage ist super . Man läuft etwa 20-30 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz . Trotz der Hauptstraße an den Fenstern , hört man kaum den Verkehr .

De locatie in een van de leukste wijken van Berlijn. Veel leuke restaurants op loopafstand. De ruimte in het appartement. Schoon.
Zeer karig en ongezellig ingericht. Fel led licht. Geen enkel sfeerlampje. Kleine badkamer. Twee kleine handdoeken pp voor 5 dagen. Keuken zeer karig ingericht en eigenlijk niet bruikbaar vanwege ontbreken afzuigkap. Airco bleek een oude kleine splitunit voor het gehele appartement. Gelukkig ligt het appartement op het noorden en door overdag de airco te laten draaien met openstaande slaapkamerdeuren was het toch uit te houden bij 30 graden plus buiten. Appartement ligt aan zeer drukke weg en dat levert behoorlijk wat geluidsoverlast op. 1 fysieke sleutel voor groep van 5 mensen is niet handig.
