Don’t bother unless property has been refurbished

Nice crisp clean linen. Brilliant location Loved the wall display in lounge

Very tired and Shabby. Pics on website made flat look stunning but was far from that in reality. Cooker , sofa and one of the carpets had definitely come to end of their useful life. Cooker had knob glued with duct tape so was scared to use it. Exposed gripper rod for carpet was dangerous. Radiator had been replaced in hall but skirting board unpainted around new one. Could go on as so many faults. Not the usual standard of properties on booking.com

All good

The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. They agreed to an earlier check-in for me and even allowed a later check-out, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view of the mountains and very close to the sea. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay

While everything necessary was provided, a light cosmetic update could make the place feel even more welcoming. I personally missed having a hairdryer and bedding for the baby crib. Fortunately, there was king-size bedding in the closet, which I used for the crib—it wasn’t ideal, but much better than nothing.

Oh dear..finished with booking.com

It's location..however for those who want to sleep before midnight..not good..too close to sports bar,Irish bar ..crooner (crooning) until 11.45 p.m.. Saying that- the upside being i was close to shops!and disruption wasn't every nite .

The dining chairs were pretty awful...bad repair and raised in centre..the settee pretty bad..generally run down and shabby, carpet needs a cleaning..and kitchen utensils and crockery needs to be upgraded.. However there is new washing machine and obviously there's an attempt to upgrade..but no,pretty disappointing.

Very Disappointed

The location was great, but parking near the property was difficult due to Llandudno being busy.

Far too much to go into, but in short, the cooker was ancient and did not work on our first night, we had no hot water, the kettle was disgusting, and the furnishings were tatty and broken in places. No storage whatsoever for clothes in the second bedroom, which is situated off the kitchen. We were unimpressed with the owner's attitude regarding issues.
