Easy check-in.
Clear instructions.
Good AC.
Supermarket, restaurant and mall very nearby.
Easy parking/dropoff location.
Comfortable bed
Clean bedsheets.
Everything provided as promised.
No real complaints.
Big window, good lighting, small balcony.
Possibility to prepare very small meals.
The photo is a little bit different than reality, photo looks much nicer than the actual apartment. Expected a little bit more because of that.
No real complaints.
Ac roster and marble sink could use a bit more thorough cleanup.

Clean and spacious apartment room. I also like that there is a balcony with a nice view. The building itself is pretty clean and modern so that’s a big plus.
I wished the AC was a little bit colder in the room, and I hoped that the room cleaning was free. The bathroom sink was also acting weird during my stay making it clogged.

Location is very close to Pondok Indah Mall 1. There is a convinient store across the building. All staff very friendly and helpful. The value of money and it's in South Jakarta area, nothing can beat this. We love the cafe in the lobby area, the food are affordable and delicious. They charged Rp. 50,000 for cleaning, changing bed sheet and towels. The room spacious and furnished.
They should clean the carpet in the corridor or renew it. It looks old and very dirty.

The room is spacious, clean & extremely comfortable. My favorite place to stay in the area 🤗
Wish there was a water dispenser in the unit, but not a huge deal
