I didn’t book breakfast, so I don’t have an answer to this question.
The main disappointment was the smoking room and the overall condition of the floor. When I first entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room and the entire floor. My wife experienced some breathing discomfort because of the smell. However, after we requested a room change, the staff were very helpful and arranged another room on a different floor.
I was also disappointed that the actual room and hotel were quite different from the photos shown on the website. For a hotel advertised as 4-star, I expected some basic facilities in the room, such as a safety locker for keeping personal belongings, slippers, and an iron. The slippers i had to be requested separately.
Overall, the staff were very helpful and cooperative, which I appreciated. However, I feel the room facilities and the difference between the website photos and the actual hotel could be improved.
