Very poor ( I didn’t stay )

This place the picture look nothing like the real thing the manager is very rude and he have no common sense or whatsoever. He took my money and he didn’t give me anything as I cancelled my stay before I went in because he made a big fuss about something called the QR code for entry and then he contradicted himself when he said the QR code takes from 24 hours to 48 hours to be done and for the money back he said yeah you can cancel it through the booking.com and when we find a way to enter through a friend of ours who is a owner of a then everything changed he went in and we looked at the ball and the outside area with a foul smell coming in I don’t know from the drain or and the Poull was disgusting and I have a lot of pictures to prove it. These people are con artist they shouldn’t advertise with booking.com and I think the guy is a Broker who takes apartment and flat whatever and rent it out through you. It’s an awful experience and I made several complain and I have received no contact whatsoever . They charged me $244 for 2 night which I didn’t stay I didn’t even see the room I contacted booking.com and I cancel it through your AI agent which apparently didn’t reported and then I been contacted by booking.com when he called that I checked out after tonight which I didn’t stay, I need someone from booking.com to contact me so we get the bottom of it thank you kind Kind regards Waheed Morgan
