I’ve actually stayed in this unit before and booked this as a surprise for a dear friend. As per usual, he said that the place is very nice! Something I should know as I’ve already experienced it myself. Will book again for myself and friends

The building is very quiet and right in the middle of Makati, there’s even a paid very well kept gym 2 minutes walk from this unit, a laundry and mini grocery. The unit is very clean and has everything one would need! The way it’s designed makes the place even seem bigger. The WiFi is fast, the ac works superbly etc. the balcony is such a good place to hang out during the rainy weather. Over all, this is a great place and value for money. And the property owner responds super efficiently! Will definitely stay again
