Extremely disappointing experience. Do not book, dishonest and lying host.

Absolutely nothing, worst apartment, host dishonest and abusifs.

First of all, the apartment does NOT look like the pictures online. The photos make it look fresh, modern, and well maintained, but the reality was very different. A lot of the furniture is worn out, damaged, and clearly much older than what is represented in the listing. The overall condition of the apartment was disappointing compared with what we were expecting based on the photos. Before booking, I had actually seen another review from a previous guest claiming that there had been an issue with the host keeping their security deposit. I chose to ignore that review and give the host the benefit of the doubt. That was my mistake. The first red flag came before check-in. The €400 “deposit” was not taken as a normal pre-authorization on the card. It was processed as an actual payment and charged directly. That immediately made us uncomfortable. Because of this, we were extremely careful and took detailed videos of the apartment, including at checkout, specifically to document its condition. Despite that, after we left, the host kept the ENTIRE €400 deposit and sent us pictures alleging damages that, in our opinion, do not accurately represent the condition in which we left the apartment. We have timestamped video evidence from checkout showing the condition of the property and directly contradicting some of what was claimed. After experiencing this ourselves, I deeply regret ignoring the previous guest’s warning. The apartment was already worn down, the listing did not accurately reflect its real condition, and the way the deposit was handled left us with absolutely no trust in the host. My advice to future guests: document absolutely everything from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, and think very carefully before handing over a deposit here. I would absolutely not stay here again.

Beware your deposit..scammers

Well appointed and great location

We left a 400 euro deposit and the company found any excuse to keep it all. They cleaned before we arrived so they would have noticed the chair was already broken. Oldest trick in the book…never again
