Housekeeping was not good . Coffee cup never replaced even frondesk clark not order to hotel for food and tea. Waiting more than 1 hour after order … on. On. Not good sevice. Biggest problem checkout time they do accept Visa card from chase bank. They did not mention before in web or booking. Com. I have to paid Indian rupee. Overhaul not good experience . We are seniors too.!!!!! Not recommend for seniors. And take payment in Rupees only.let Booking.com explained that hotel is not three star service. God bless all.
Not except international Visa payment. Too long to fulfil food order that we have to canceled orderafter waiting too long….

Location is on the main road of HSR which is very good. It’s a veg restaurant but you have an amazing Indian restaurant bang opposite the hotel which is very convenient. The staff is reliable and rooms are very clean. However good set of toiletries should be provided in the washroom.
The breakfast spread should be little more.

The bed was comfortable and the room was having all basic amenities.
We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated how helpful the staff was.
There was a kettle and basic teas and coffee available, the electricity points didn’t need adapter for EU chargers to work 👍
Unfortunately, the bathroom had some permanent dirt between the tiles that might even be fungus.
We were not comfortable to take shower without our flip-flops on.
Another thing is the noise level - during rooms cleaning the staff is overly noisy. After the long flight it was not possible to have a nap during the day.
We also were facing issues with the fan. The owner was very happy to help pairing remote to our fan but the problem was that some other remote in one of the rooms next to us was also paired with our fan. That caused suddenly changing the speed of the fan in our room and it randomly turning on and off as well (twice in the middle of the night). We tried to explain it to the staff but we are not sure they understood the problem.
Lastly, we had problems paying with Revolut card and paid with cash, but the owner said that they fixed it in the end. We would still recommend to take cash from nearby ATM, just in case.
