Beautiful place and rooms that are very comfortable but they need to work on their customer service and hospitality

The rooms are comfortable and has all you need

The service was unprofessional, the staff were lounging in the lobby area when we arrived and talking to eachother loudly The check in time was stated on booking as 2pm when we arrived they said the check in is at 3 Also the water in the shower goes out of the shower easily and the whole bathroom floors are flooded with water We asked for extra pillows they said they dont have! they didnt clean the rooms and said that we must have asked for that to be done Lastly and most importantly the shower in the bathroom has a see through window which can be easily accessed from anyone from the outside!!!

Needs Serious improvement

The hotel has a great location and a lovely room view, which I really enjoyed.

I had a confirmed, fully paid booking and even called on the same day to confirm and inform the hotel I would check in late. When I arrived at 10 PM, I was told my room wasn’t available and was offered another hotel, which I refused as I was attending a party on-site. They eventually canceled another reservation to give me a room. Unfortunately, the room was not clean — stained carpets and bathroom, a leak in the bathroom, and a dirty chaise longue cover. The hotel looks nice in photos but needs better maintenance and cleanliness. I also ordered breakfast in the room and asked for the plates to be cleared, but no one came. The dirty dishes stayed for two days.
