Excellent value for money.

Very good value for money, if you're looking for somewhere cheap for a short stay.

I don't mind an uncomfortable bed for a a night or two, but this one should probably be replaced at this point.

Extremely bad

This was an extremely negative experience and one of the worst places I have ever stayed in There are no positive aspects to mention The cleanliness is far below any acceptable standard. The refrigerator was dirty and smelled strongly There was a heavy buildup of dust under the bed and on the windowsill, clearly not cleaned for a long time. I also found someone else’s hair on the bed linen, which raises serious hygiene concerns The overall condition of the property creates both hygiene and health concerns. The entire space smells of old, stale belongings, making it very uncomfortable to stay There are also clear safety hazards. The kettle has a visibly melted bottom and is unsafe to use. One of the electrical sockets is broken and exposed, which presents a real risk of electric shock. Basic safety standards are not being met The bed is extremely hard, and the pillows are in very poor condition and unusable. There is no sound insulation — I could clearly hear loud snoring from the neighboring room, making proper rest impossible. The location is inconvenient, as taxis cannot stop nearby, requiring a walk of around 300 meters with luggage Access to the building is unnecessarily complicated, requiring entering a long and frequently changing code every time Overall, the property is poorly maintained, with clear neglect of both hygiene and safety standards. It is evident that the owners are not addressing these issues and are not making any effort to improve conditions The attitude towards guests feels careless and disrespectful I strongly advise others to avoid this property. This place does not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, or comfort

Enough for a short stay

The room was a decent size and the location was good. The room was very warm nice for winter. It had an electric kettle, cup, tableware.

The bed mattress was too thin and I could feel the wood from the bed base while sleeping. It really needs to be changed, is not meant for an adult. The pillow was falling apart and the sheets seemed old. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear the person in the room next door. The shower room didn't have any surface to put your things on so you had to leave everything on the floor. Also didn't have a rug, risking slipping when you came out with wet feet. I think the owner could make really simple cheap changes to improve the place if they'd want to. Overall it was fine for 2 days for the price but I definitively dont agree this it's an 8/10.

Dobre lokalizacja, łatwo dotrzeć metrem

Głośne drzwi, przy zamykaniu i otwieraniu były po prostu głośne. Niedoróbki przy sprzątaniu pokoju. Śliska podłoga po wyjściu z prysznica, dodatkowo jakieś robaczki snujące się po podłodze w łazience.
