Nice modern air conditioned studio apartment in a brand new apartment complex (some apartments were still not completed). Self check in was very smooth with instructions clearly provided in advance. Parking is free inside the apartment complex. It is not too far from the city centre (~20 mins walk). The studio has most amenities one would need even for a longer stay, with fully equipped kitchenette, utensils, washing machine, iron board, vacuum cleaner etc. Bed was quite comfortable.
Biggest downside of this apartment is the lack of conveniently positioned plug points for charging devices. There are no accessible charging points in and around the living area, with the only points accessible being in the kitchenette. This makes it very inconvenient to charge phones and also your laptop if you are working in the apartment. I strongly recommend the owner to put in place some multi-point extensions to provide charging access.
The other downside is that while parking in the complex is free, there is no reserved spot. Hence one needs to be lucky to find an available spot, especially later in the night (fortunately for us, we were always back early in the evening so did not face issues finding a spot, but always noticed there were hardly any spots available later into the night).
