Gostei muito da simpatia e disponibilidade de como fomos acolhidas. Eu fui com a minha mãe com mobilidade reduzida e o nosso quarto era no primeiro andar e prontamente se disponibilizaram a trocar nos para o r/c.
Da falta de um sofá ou de dois cadeirões no quarto porque tem tem todas as condições ,muito espaçoso inclusivamente e não é justificável que quando queremos permanecer algum tempo no quarto tenhamos que estar sentados na cama.

It was very clean and location was very nice, we went there to visit some friends and to visit a local festival and it was quite close, we also have a pet so we always appreciate places who are pet friendly, the bed was also very nice and the room was modern with air conditioning and comfortable, the breakfast was nice it had variety of products, the lady that did our check in was nice
The walls are a bit thin so you can hear everything that is happening in the lobby, we were also placed in the 3rd floor and we did not saw any elevator and we had the dog crate which was quite heavy to carry upstairs so I think people with dogs they should place in the ground floor to facilitate, we think the price / quality was a bit high for what you get , we understand is August but we felt was a bit over priced

O alojamento, à primeira vista, não era mau. Quando chegámos, estava um senhor na receção que até foi bastante simpático. No entanto, achei estranho o facto de a sala estar aberta e ser junto à receção, e estar lá uma pessoa da casa deitada no sofá. Não achei uma situação muito normal para um alojamento.
Éramos 2 pessoas e saímos entretanto. Quando voltámos, estavam duas crianças sozinhas na receção, sem nenhum adulto por perto. Voltámos a sair para jantar e, quando regressámos, as crianças continuavam na receção.
Depois fomos para o quarto e, durante mais de uma hora, tivemos de ouvir as crianças no quarto de cima a correr e a fazer bastante barulho. A situação ficou tão incomodativa que o meu marido teve de ligar para a receção para pedir que resolvessem a situação.
Sinceramente, não achei normal nem confortável todo este ambiente, principalmente por se tratar de um alojamento onde esperávamos ter algum descanso e tranquilidade.
