Disappointed and not well coming.
The property was good and easy to find.
The property was extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned before arrival. The living room and bedrooms were dusty, the sofa and floors were dirty, and some beds had no linen prepared. The toilets were unhygienic with visible stains, and there was no hand soap provided. Towels and pillows also appeared unclean, with hair found on some towels. The kitchen lacked basic essentials such as washing-up liquid, napkins, and cleaning materials. Overall, the cleanliness standard was very poor and disappointing.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
Do not book with this company!!
We booked this property for our employees who turned up on the Monday evening after a long day at work to find that the beds had been used and hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests, and that the bathroom had been used as the toilet roll was empty and there were bath mats on the floor and the used towels had been hung around the different bedrooms.
Our guys tried calling the host's contact number multiple times but couldn't get through, and they left a few messages on the messaging portal. I also tried calling the hosts myself but it went straight through to voicemail. Because of the unclean and untidy state the house was in upon arrival, and due to the fact that none of us could get hold of the hosts, our guys were unable to stay there and so had to make the long 2hr drive home (which defeated the object of why I booked them the accommodation in the first place).
When the hosts finally replied, they claimed that the property had been fully cleaned on Saturday morning and they sent through photos to show that this was the case. But the bottom line, and what they refused to understand, was that somewhere between them cleaning the property on Saturday and our guys arriving on Monday, the house had been used and it was not in a state for our guys to stay in.
With this in mind, I asked the hosts for a full refund as our guys were unable to stay there and they had to drive 2hrs home. In response, they cancelled our booking meaning that we only got a £70 refund, so we are still £197 out of pocket, plus the £35 damage waiver that our employee had to pay himself just so that he could check in - even though he didn't end up staying there! I have tried numerous times to contact the hosts to resolve this but they keep ignoring me. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - you have been warned!!
