La clim !!! Après 2 semaines sans clim au Cap Vert (sur les Iles de Santiago et Boa Vista) au mois d'août, ça a été une très belle surprise !
L'appartement est confortable avec une terrasse (dont on n'a pa pu profiter à cause de la chaleur), et la cuisine est très bien équipée.
On est à 10 min à pied du centre ville, et le premier supermarché est à 3 min !
La piscine est grande et très agréable après une journée en extérieure et le jardin qui vient d'être refait est magnifique !
La communication avec Natasha a été très fluide !
L'appartement est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur (on avait un fils en béquilles, pas très pratique). La résidence vieillit un peu (notamment la piscine dont la peinture s'écaille) mais les nouveaux propriétaires sont en train de tout rénover.
Attention, les moustiquaires sur les fenêtres sont pleines de trous ! Quelques heures d'ouverture (on voulait profiter de la fraicheur de la nuit) et vous serez envahis par les moustiques !

Do espaço e da comodidade do apartamento. O espaço exterior também estava muito bem cuidado.

Nice location not too far away from the Beach.
Quite place.
Spacious apartment with a nice outside pool for the whole resort.
The apartment was not cleaned after previous renters when we arrived. Everything was smelly and dirty. We had to manage the owner to organize the cleaning and wait outside for a long time without any compensation.Talking about first impressions and the start of our vacation... The owner was informed about our arrival as they had organized a taxi from the airport for us.
There was a lady who came for the rental payment and expected us to pay in cash as they don't accept cards, although in the booking it states otherwise. She later provided us with a bank account in Spain to pay the money to...
Beds are not very comfortable.
