An unforgettable stay in Jaisalmer! The views of the Golden Fort are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. But what truly makes The Dunes Bungalow special is the incredible staff. They go above and beyond to help you with everything, always with a genuine smile. In just one day, they made us feel like family. Everything was a 10/10: the city, the accommodation, and the hospitality. We couldn’t be happier, and we already can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
There’s absolutely nothing we don’t like about this place; we only stayed for one night and now, having come back from our trip, we realise we should have stayed longer.

I had a wonderful stay at Camel Castle with Alem, the owner, who made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The hostel is perfectly located near Jaisalmer Golden Fort and all the main sightseeing attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly in the rooms and throughout most of the property, which was great for getting some work done. It was a little weak in the restaurant, but excellent everywhere else.
The highlight of my trip was the overnight camel safari. Sleeping under billions of stars in the Thar Desert was an unforgettable experience and something I'll always remember. A big thank you to our camel guide, Shamir, and our jeep driver, Bhoja, for making the adventure safe, enjoyable, and truly special.
I highly recommend Camel Castle to anyone visiting Jaisalmer. It's an excellent place to stay if you're looking for comfort, great hospitality, and an authentic desert experience.

Un encantador hotel de familia.
Nos alojamos allí unas cuatro noches en junio. Es una familia y el personal fue muy amable. También participamos en un recorrido organizado por el hotel, y tal vez porque era la temporada baja, amablemente acomodaron mi solicitud de regateo, ¡lo que nos permitió participar en un recorrido por el desierto a un gran precio! También apreciamos su consideración; cuando visitamos la recepción por la mañana, nos ofrecieron a ambos chai de bienvenida de cortesía. El wifi funcionaba en el pasillo, pero era prácticamente inutilizable en las habitaciones. Además, la electricidad y el agua se cortan con frecuencia en todo Jaisalmer. Sin embargo, teniendo en cuenta el carácter y el servicio del personal, es uno de nuestros hoteles favoritos.

Tuve una experiencia increíble alojándome en Hostel Camel Castle. Nos quedamos una noche en el hostal y otra noche inolvidable en el desierto. Incluso nos recogieron en la estación de tren en plena medianoche, lo que hizo que nuestra llegada fuera muy fácil y cómoda.
La habitación estaba limpia, era cómoda y el baño también estaba muy limpio. Viajamos durante la temporada de lluvias, así que lamentablemente no pudimos disfrutar del atardecer en el desierto, pero sin duda volveremos la próxima vez.
El propietario, Alem, es una persona muy amable, honesta y con mucho conocimiento. Nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Durante la temporada de lluvias hubo algunos problemas de electricidad en la zona, pero el hostal cuenta con un inversor, por lo que nuestra estancia no se vio afectada.Al principio encontramos este hostal en Booking.com y teníamos algunas dudas porque solo tenía 12 reseñas. Sin embargo, el precio económico nos convenció de reservar, y fue una de las mejores decisiones de nuestro viaje. La hospitalidad fue incluso mejor de lo que esperábamos.
El safari nocturno en camello fue una experiencia inolvidable. Dormir bajo un cielo lleno de estrellas y disfrutar de comidas frescas preparadas por el conductor de los camellos hizo que todo fuera aún más especial.
Muchas gracias a Alem y a todo su equipo por hacer que nuestro viaje fuera tan memorable. Sinceramente, fue una de las mejores experiencias que tuvimos durante nuestro recorrido por la India. Recomiendo Hostel Camel Castle a cualquiera que visite Jaisalmer y busque una excelente hospitalidad, un alojamiento limpio y una auténtica aventura en el desierto.
