The location was easily accessible by bus fron Cardiff town centre
Cardiff city is a great place to explore for food and culture and night life and the local neighbourhood offered a wide Cultural choice of shops and places to eat
Contact with the owners was excellent 24/7
We were on the top floor and the signs for the fire exit ( on our level) needed to be clearer
(NB we have reported this to the owners and they were very quick to respond)
We felt that small practical details should have been picked up on by cleaners / staff e.g. a window blind had fallen off and not been replaced (again the owners acknowledged our comments)

Good facilities and parking. Not the best area of Cardiff but ok value for money. Liked having a kitchenette area with microwave.
Area not the best. No staff on site but on hand by phone. Arrived and no electricity in our room - luckily my husband’s an electrician and located fuse board!! WC was clean at all but apart from that rest of appt was clean
