Great clean space, sunny and bright. Love the towel dryer and washing machine and drying rack. However the lack of eleva

Cleanliness, big spacious rooms that can sleep 4, lots of hanging racks and space for luggages

Its on the 3rd floor with no elevator. With two kids we had to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs.

L'emplacement proche de la gare Le calme La surface de l'appartement

Pas d'ascenseur (2eme etage) L'état de l'appartement dont l'entretien courant laisse très largement à désirer. Donc voici la liste des griefs sur ce logement : 1°) le radiateur de la salle de séjour est tombé au sol, fixations murales arrachées 2°) les portes de la penderie dans la chambre ne peuvent pas fonctionner, il manque une roulette en bas, elles sont sorties de leur logement, posées à terre. 3°) la manivelle du volet roulant de la chambre est cassée, inutilisable. 4°) la télévision ne fonctionne pas (signal hdmi inexistant) malgré le wifi qui , lui , est fonctionnel (donc la box fonctionne) 5°) dans la salle d'eau , fuite au pied de la paroi vitrée 6°) dans la douche, support de la pomme de douche cassé 7°) douche sale (émail jaunie) 8°) dans les WC, le balai est cassé et dans un état de saleté dégoutant 9°) dans les WC le tuyau d'alimentation en eau potable bouge et n'est plus fixé au mur (il l'a été) 10°) dans les WC, odeur d'urine très forte (des produits d'entretien existent dans les magasins pour traiter ce genre de problème). 11°) la manivelle du volet roulant de la salle de séjour est réduite à sa plus simple expression...ce qui ne facilite pas la manipulation 12°) ne pas toucher au radiateur de la chambre qui menace de tomber au sol (fixation quasiment arrachées du mur) 13°) nous avons dû refaire la vaisselle, les assiettes étant encore mouillées et sales. 14°) dans la cuisine, la prise murale n'est pas fixée au mur 15°) tablette dans le salon cassée et soigneusement rangée contre le mur 16°) je passe sur le lit défoncé et grinçant (sans faire de sport)

L’emplacement de l’appartement est vraiment idéal, et son agencement est à la fois agréable et bien pensé.

Plusieurs réparations sont nécessaires, entre autres : un radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas car il n’est pas fixé, la porte du placard d’une chambre qui est décrochée, ainsi que de la tapisserie à recoller dans l’autre chambre… c’est vraiment dommage. Il manque également un espace pour ranger / poser les vêtements dans la petite chambre.

Cleanliness, big spacious rooms that can sleep 4, lots of hanging racks and space for luggages
