I loved the cozy boat house vibe and the thoughtful staff—they even gifted a local boat tour, which made the stay fun. The location was quiet yet easy to get around, and the space was clean and comfortable.
There’s barely anything to fault, but the spot is a bit far from busy areas. It wasn’t a real issue for us, though, since we wanted a peaceful stay.

It's a really unique space perfect for a holiday in Hong Kong. The facilities are fully equipped, even more than what's listed. The staff are pretty easygoing and reply really quickly.

Living room was beautifully decorated, and staff were lovely.
We made this booking around midday, for the same evening. Booking.com sent all of the information across however the location, and check in process was not outlined in this message.
After waiting 2 hours for further follow up information (and now past the check in time), we had to call the office for further information who were shocked/surprised to receive our call. They were then able to pass on relevant information to us for our check in process.
During the check-in, the staff were lovely, no complains.
However we then had to get the Sampan across to the boat. Being from Hong Kong, we know what the typical rates are for a 2 minute journey on the Sampan. It was disappointing to be charged nearly x5 the typical price for a Sampan journey. I’m not sure if this is because they assume we are tourists, but nevertheless it is disappointing.
Upon arrival to the boat, the living room and outdoor areas were lovely. Great and comfortable and beautifully decorated. However, paying $4000 HKD per night, again very disappointed to see that we would have to clean our own dishes, and would be charged a $500 HKD fee if we didn’t. Simply put, if we had booked a hotel for half the price, this wouldn’t have been requested from us.
Downstairs in the bedrooms and bathrooms they were extremely bare. No decoration, no sign of life. The mats in the bathroom were dirty, full of signs they had been used for a while previously and had not been washed. The shower also had dirt, debris, and hair on the floor which was less than inviting.
Furthermore, the bath in the master bathroom didn’t work. Given the fact that we booked this location based on having a bath included I was extremely frustrated. It isn’t simply that the jets were not working, the tap for the bath wasn’t either. Poor performance from a ‘luxury’ stay.
