The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent — close to the city center and the seaside. We also appreciated the easy check-in process and the quiet atmosphere.
The apartment was located on the 4th floor with no elevator, which was inconvenient. We were also surprised by the check-in process. After booking, we received one form to fill in because the property is changing to a new system, and then another form before check-in. We were informed that the check-in code would not be provided until the second form was completed.
We were travelling with dogs. On Booking it was mentioned that an additional fee may apply, but the exact pet fee was only communicated after completing the final form. It would be much better if this information was clearly provided in advance and visible during the booking process.

Location was excellent. The kitchen was ok.
Two bedrooms were in fact one bedroom with three beds divided by a curtain and a half- wall. So in fact one of us had to sleep in the living room thus had no private bedroom. This was unacceptable. The photos of the property- the rooms- were misleading.
Secondly- the flat was on the 3rd floor - no elevator. High floors. Too much walking - not comfortable. Especially that one of us had difficulties walking.
Wifi was not working at all. No help from the property staff who were available only on the phone
