The staff was very friendly and down-to-earth. The place has a cosy atmosphere and feels like home.
The place was not very clean, and installing window screens would help, as there were quite a lot of insects.

Die Atmosphäre an diesem Ort hat uns in unsere Studentenzeit zurück versetzt! Unkompliziert, offen , freundlich, hilfsbereit , vorbehaltlos, vorurteilslos , staatenübergreifend und , und , und ...! So sollte die Welt überall sein ! Vielen Dank für diese großartige Erfahrung!

I was super surprised by the warm atmosphere and kind staff! 10/10 I would stay here if I’m ever through this part of Austria again. Also extra props to Daniel, playing vinyls and creating a homey feel. Good coffee and nice talks. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.
For me there was no downside. But for more picky choosers I could imagine they would want shower and toilet on the room. But this hotel make up for it in spirit and warmth. It feels like a perfect place to relax and not stress.

I enjoyed my stay a lot! The hosts who also live there, were really welcoming while giving me the space I needed. They even invited me to a delicious dinner. :)
I had to work a bit and was able to use their nice, calm co-working space.
It’s a unique place with friendly, open, slightly hippie vibes in a former countryside Inn :)
The dorm was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making it easy to relax.
There’s a lovely, big garden where I had my morning coffee and a variety of spacious common areas (they even have two large halls they rent out) that make it easy to either meet other travellers or enjoy some quiet time alone.
The surrounding nature is stunning, and Reichenau, with its slightly morbid imperial architecture, is definitely worth a visit.
