Logement bien situé mais non adapté pendant une période froide (et humide)
L'emplacement est pratique, nombreux stationnements gratuits à proximité, proche du centre ville et de ses restaurants et nous avons pu faire les balades vers la Pointa da Piedade ou le long de Maia Praja sans prendre la voiture. Notre chambre avait vue sur l'océan. L'ensemble est propre et nous avons été accueilli à notre arrivée.
Je précise que notre séjour a été effectué fin décembre 2025. La chambre n'a aucun moyen de chauffage ... Entre 10 et 12 ° dans la chambre, fenêtres sans aucun joint. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, la 3e nuit, avec un vent assez fort et malgré les volets roulants fermés, on avait plus l'impression d'être en camping, certes sur un bon lit ! On a demandé s'il était possible d'avoir un moyen de chauffage, on nous a proposé une couverture supplémentaire... Il a beaucoup plu, nous avions beaucoup d'affaires trempées qu'il était impossible de faire sécher. Nous avons décidé de partir (on avait réservé 5 nuits de plus). Comment est il possible de pouvoir louer des chambres sans moyen de chauffage dans ces conditions ? Nous n'avons pas eu ce problème sur les 3 autres locations de notre séjour (de 3 semaines) qui étaient dans les mêmes tarifs. Après vérification on n'a pas trouvé de critère "chauffage" sur le site Booking. L'autre point négatif est l'équipement de la "cuisine" qui n'est pas équipée d'un moyen de cuisson si ce n'est un micro-ondes (pas de possibilité de préparer des pâtes par exemple). Nous avons eu la chambre au dessus de l'entrée qui a une vue dégagée, la SDB, vu les circonstances nous a paru peu pratique : douche de sol dans l'angle, il faut traverser la douche pour aller au WC. Une fois que vous avez pris une douche, le sol de la salle de bains est complètement mouillé (et rien ne sèche en l'absence de chauffage), pour des raisons d'hygiène vous êtes pieds nus sur un sol mouillé à 10 °; On n'est pas des pénibles et on ne demande rien mais à notre avis ce logement ne devrait pas être ouvert pendant la période froide ou bien prévenir les potentiels clients.
