The apartment matches the photos and description completely. The location is great — only a 3-minute walk to the nearest sea access, about 15 minutes to the main central beach, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything needed for daily life, and if any small items are missing, you can easily buy them at the supermarket right around the corner. Additionally, the manager is very responsive on WhatsApp and helps resolve any issues quickly if needed.
The bathroom is quite inconvenient: the toilet is combined with the shower space, so it is often damp. Additionally, the toilet itself is unusually high and narrow, making it uncomfortable to use.
The trash sorting rules are very strict, with penalty fees if you do not sort properly or forget to throw it out. However, everything except organic waste is collected only once a week, which makes following the schedule a bit tricky.

Appartamento molto carino.... dotato di tutti gli accessori che servono! Situato in centro ....quindi tutto quello che serve è a portata di mano.

Very central apartment with a small balcony, very warm and nicely decorated. Also, very much enjoyed, that basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) was there.
Very tiny bathroom, but nicely solved and made the best out of it
