Servizio eccellente anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche cosa ci hanno risposto subito e molto educati . Molto pulito e accogliente . Situato in un punto comodo della città.
Aggiungerei qualche presa in più ahaha. L'unica nota un po' negativa e scomoda credo il proprietario o comunque il ragazzo che risponde al telefono che non rispondeva alle email. E inoltre non si è aggiornato sul fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non deve essere pagata se una persona accompagna un'altra in ospedale.

The apartment was conveniently located near the Nizza metro stop and close to Parco del Valentino by the Po River. It was easy to get to when arriving by train at Porta Nuova.

I had to stay in Turin for seven days and booked this place. Unfortunately, I regret it. After one week there, I honestly feel as if I have a huge hangover after spending a week at a festival - my head is still dizzy from the lack of proper sleep.
The biggest problem is the soundproofing. For me, it was almost impossible to sleep properly.
The building itself seems to have extremely poor sound insulation. You hear practically everything: the neighbour upstairs turning in bed and the floor cracking, chairs being dragged across the floor, footsteps, etc.
The main entrance door of the building is an iron-and-glass door that bangs extremely loudly every time somebody enters or leaves. It was enough to wake me up repeatedly during the night. The elevator door creates a similar problem.
Ironically, I eventually found a partial solution: there is an air vent in the apartment that makes an extremely loud noise, almost like an airplane. I started leaving it on simply to mask the other noises. That actually made sleeping slightly easier.
There is also no air conditioning. During the warmer nights, I woke up with the bed soaked in sweat. To be fair, the lack of air conditioning was probably mentioned in the listing, so I could have checked this more carefully myself.
The last thing I really disliked was the check-in procedure. You make the reservation and payment through Booking.com, but shortly before arrival you receive an external link where you have to provide a significant amount of personal information before receiving the check-in details.
At that stage, you have already paid and may already be travelling to the apartment, so there is not much practical choice.
I was asked to provide a selfie, the front and back of my ID card, my private home address, and to sign an additional contract. I also did not receive a countersigned copy of that contract afterwards.
When I questioned this via WhatsApp, I was told that all of this was required under Italian law. I canno
