Great location, close to a family friendly beach, near many stores, food options.
The host was very accessible. Quick to answer and willing to accommodate. For example let me use her personal iron and lend us a small mattress for our third guest.
No washer or dryer which I knew in advance. I was able to find a coin laundry but it was the only one in town and kind of pricey.
Air conditioning only in the bedroom which I knew in advance. A fan was provided for the living room and it worked great.

That the beach was next to us and the stores and restaurants were close. It was a very nice place we liked it a lot.
The bed was uncomfortable the TV didn't have too many channels and the toilet didn't flush very well.
