The property was absolutely beautiful! The accommodations were wonderful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the property itself.
The check-in and check-out process was extremely confusing, and communication was practically nonexistent despite having contact numbers. Guests should be clearly informed that keys must be collected at the side of the Mermaid building across the street, while the actual property is in a separate building. We received little guidance and had to figure everything out ourselves, which caused unnecessary frustration.
