Very cozy. Loved how cold the A/C was. I live a minimalist lifestyle and this was exactly my vibe. Very close to everything imaginable for me. TV had a USB port so I could watch instructional videos for training.
Not necessarily a dislike, but the distance from entrance to parking space was a little tedious after a LONG day of physically taxing training, but I needed to get my steps in, anyway.

It was clean and good location
Couldn’t find thermostat to set temperature, and it was freezing all night.
BTW, the kitchenette lights are out.

This cozy small house has everything a single person or a couple might need, comfortable bed, modern furniture and a nice design, little kitchen with coffee machine, small stove, basic kitchen essentials, good heating and very very clean bathroom, nice TV with Netflix, I personally found this place very very good, beautiful small porch, good location to the Dulles Airport and everything else. Highly recommend.
There is this intermittent noise coming from the roof, sort of fraction of the ventilation / AC system. I have not seen the AC conttoller anywhere, I had to get along with the existing heating preferences.

C'était juste assez pour une personne seule.
J'avais froid et je n'est pas trouvé le chauffage. Les couvertures du lit étaient très minces aussi.
