Katastrophale Erfahrung

Meine Erfahrung war einfach durch und durch schlecht: Vorher wurde mir gesagt die Haustür ist nicht verschlossen und ich kann abends selber ein-checken weil der Schlüssel zu Wohnung steckt. Jedoch war die Hauseingangstür nicht nur nicht verschlossen sondern stand sperrangelweit auf. In der Wohnungstür steckte wie besprochen der Schlüssel. Jedoch waren die Betten nicht bezogen und in der Toilette war ein deutlich sichtbarer Streifen von Fäkalien zu sehen. Ich hatte auch den Eindruck das die ganze Wohnung nicht sonderlich sauber aussah (Krümmel und Haare). Nachdem ich den Vermieter/in kontaktiert hatte wurden zumindest die Betten bezogen und die Toilette gereinigt. Da ich mich aber so unwohl und unsicher gefühlt habe bin ich lieber stundenlang nach Hause gefahren als dort zu übernachten. Ich hatte den Eindruck das mein Aufenthalt einfach vergessen wurde... aber besonders ärgert mich daran das ich bisher (drei Wochen später) keinen einzigen Cent Geld zurück erhalten habe. Das finde ich angesichts der Umstände einfach unverschämt und enttäuschend.

Zum schlafen reicht es, zum Urlaub machen nicht und sauber sollte es einfach sein!!!

Die Unterkunft war recht geräumig

Es waren sehr viele Beschädigungen, Wände, Schränke usw. Die Wände sind stellenweise bemalt. Es wurde nicht gereinigt, überall waren Hundehaare, selbst im Bett!!! Nach ein paar Schritten durch die Wohnung, waren die Socken schon voll mit Staub und Hundehaaren. Unter der Couch war 1cm hoch Staub, ein alter Kindersocken und Spielzeug. Wasserkocher in der Küche war defekt und den Kochtopf musste ich erstmal putzen. In der Dusche war der Halter auch schon kaputt, der Duschkopf konnte nicht mehr aufgehängt werden. Es gab kein Besen oder Staubsauger in der Wohnung, nur einen Handfeger.

Für einen Kurzurlaub super.

Wir sind eine Nacht geblieben und dafür alles für 4 Personen vorhanden und die Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden und die Betten bequem.

Der Kleiderschrank hatte eine defekte Schublade und auch in der Küche gab es kleinere Schäden am Mobiliar. Im Badezimmer fehlten Wandhalterungen für Handtücher.

Wir sind eine Nacht geblieben und dafür alles für 4 Personen vorhanden und die Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden und die Betten bequem.

Der Kleiderschrank hatte eine defekte Schublade und auch in der Küche gab es kleinere Schäden am Mobiliar. Im Badezimmer fehlten Wandhalterungen für Handtücher.

Die Bereitstellung von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, sowie die Lage.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung war im Nachhinein gut und auch einfach gelöst, allerdings wäre es im Vorhinein gut zu wissen gewesen, dass der Schlüssel zur Wohnung steckt und keine direkte Schlüsselübergabe stattfindet.
