Good communication from the host. Clean and comfortable bedroom. Handy location for us. The property is excellent value for money.
It states on Booking.com that the Kitchen is ' private' this is not the case, ( but not surprising as the accommodation is sold as " rooms") There is only space for one car on the drive of the property. We could hear noise from the other rooms, including their 6.15 am alarm every morning!

I stayed, several times, which says a lot, in the double room with en suite bathroom. The room is bright spacious and comfy, with a kettle , and a couple of bottles of water (nice touch). The kitchen /dining area is quite new and large and has everything you could need. The outdoor area is clean with a bench table. I’ve never found parking a problem.

The room and house was modern, well looked after and nice and clean.
I took my own pillow as I always do but the bed was nice and firm for me.
We were happy with everything.

Converted council house in a slightly challenged part of town.
