Un logement avec du potentiel, mais une conciergerie non professionnelle et une expérience client à revoir.

Points positifs : • Très bonne localisation • Cuisine bien équipée

Séjour décevant en raison du comportement de la conciergerie Le séjour a malheureusement été fortement impacté par le manque de professionnalisme de la Conciergerie d’Opale. La communication a été agressive, et nous avons même reçu des messages insultants via la messagerie Booking, ce qui est inacceptable pour un service censé être orienté client. Au lieu de reconnaître les problèmes rencontrés ou de présenter des excuses, la conciergerie a adopté une politique du blâme, rejetant systématiquement la responsabilité sur nous. Le check-in, pourtant annoncé entre 16h et 20h, nous a été imposé à une heure précise avec une forte pression pour arriver avant 17h, rendant l’arrivée très stressante. La communication a été défaillante : le code wifi ne nous a jamais été transmis malgré une demande sur Booking, et les informations concernant le check-out n’ont pas été communiquées comme convenu. Le jour du départ, la personne chargée de l’état des lieux est arrivée en retard sans prévenir, là encore sans excuses. Concernant le confort, les matelas sont vieux et très inconfortables, les serviettes de bain sont rêches.
