One of The water heater was not functioning and not attended to despite me making follow up. 5 of us have to share a bathroom

Some good some very bad.

Location is excellent. Self check in is great.

The shower in the bathroom didn't work. The help line responded with worthless platitudes and delaying information requests and despite promising a technician nobody turned up. I noticed this is a repeat complaint from a previous review. Sorry owners this sort of service is totally unacceptable.
