Good location, bad property. Not a good experience.

The location was good, and the people who worked on the building were very nice and reassuring.

The room was dirty, the dishes were not clean, there was gum under the table, there were not enough towels, no dish towel, and nothing to use to clean the floor, the curtains on the balcony were broken, the shower was not working properly, and there was no help from the staff when i asked about more towels. Also, there was no identification on the room, on where to throw the trash away, in the building.

Preenchi o formulário informando o horário de entrada. Chegando na unidade a recepção não tinha recebido meu cadastro. Não consegui entrar na unidade. Chovia muito, fui a São Paulo fazer tratamento oncologico e não consegui entrar na unidade. Não tem telefone pra falar com ninguém. No site informa que a reserva funciona 24 horas por dia, mas não funciona, não atende telefone, não responde whatsapp. Minha entrada na unidade estava prevista para o domingo, consegui somente na segunda. Tive que me hospedar em outro hotel, não fui reembolsado. Essa empresa é um lixo, não respeita as pessoas.
