The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning and was the highlight of our stay. The location is excellent, especially if you want easy access to some of the few swimming spots around Lake Como. We also appreciated the outdoor furniture, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment has great potential and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bathroom needs renovation, as there was visible mould, and the apartment often had a musty smell. Parking can be very difficult, especially on weekends, and you have to walk a short distance with your luggage. Access to the apartment is also a bit unusual, as you have to pass through the upper-floor balcony. The neighbours were incredibly kind, but the layout is still a little confusing.
