The location was excellent, and the food was absolutely awesome—both were definite highlights of my stay.
The service quality did not quite match the standards I would normally expect from Holiday Inn. At times, it felt like there were some gaps in the brand experience, particularly around service consistency and staff training. With a stronger focus on training and delivering the expected Holiday Inn service standards, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

Great stay at a prime location in the city.
The food was a little expensive.
