Place was nicer than pictured; very clean and comfy. Ketut was an amazing host! We're so grateful we had him; he made our first visit to Indonesia and Bali feel so much more welcoming. We had a late arrival and he greated us and turned around to make us breakfast in the morning.
We thought we did our research and prepped enough, but we quickly found out we didn't. He helped fill in the gaps and was always readily available to answer our questions and provided us tips (itinerary planning, private car rates, Hindu custom/ culture, etc.) through WhatsApp & in-person. He was also very friendly & accomodating to our 7 y.o. son and made pancakes and smoothie bowl, alternating the breakfast options. Seeing and chatting with him every morning during breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stays for everyone!
As some have mentioned, this place is about 30 minutes from Ubud's city center. (So if being able to walk around to explore on foot is your preference, this place is not walking friendly.) This villa was our home base and we visited multiple locations from here: Mt Batur, Munduk, Jatiluwih Rice Terrance, East Bali and downtown Ubud. We found this villa peaceful and nice to unwind from being out all day. Our son loved the pool too. Great stay, host, and value. Thanks Ketut for your hospitality and making our trip memorable!
I can't think of anything other than being further from the city center and being car dependent. But that didn't bother us.

Большая вилла, отличный ремонт, все оборудование работает, прекрасная терраса с видом, большой чистый бассейн. Гостеприимный хозяин. Вкусные завтраки.
Скользкая напольная плитка у террасы, если мокрая, то можно поскользнуться и упасть.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Ubud – Perfekter Service dank Ketut!
Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt in der Villa in Ubud war von Anfang bis Ende einfach magisch. Die Villa selbst ist brandneu, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet – eine wunderschöne Oase der Ruhe, in der man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt und die Natur sowie die Atmosphäre von Ubud perfekt genießen kann.
Das tägliche Frühstück war hervorragend, frisch zubereitet und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Ketut: Er war der perfekte Gastgeber, überaus aufmerksam, herzlich und hat uns wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.
Ketut hat außerdem die gesamte Organisation für unsere Ausflüge übernommen, damit wir die Insel während unserer Woche vor Ort problemlos erkunden konnten. Dank seiner mühelosen Planung konnten wir Bali vollkommen entspannt entdecken.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Woche in dieser erstklassigen Unterkunft. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Villa jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!
