The natural area with the rain made the forest very green and peaceful. I enjoyed hiking. Hearing hyenas at night was an adventurous experience. The restaurant's food and breakfast were enjoyable. Spending time at the spa and getting a massage was nice. Glamping in the rain always brings peace to the heart and soul.
Loud noise from neighbouring guests throughout the night and into the morning. I didn’t sleep at all, and the resort staff did nothing about them. This created the worst experience for me. The accommodation staff seemed confused, communication was poor, and there was almost no response when help was needed. Staff appeared very tired. The resort is difficult to reach for tourists coming from the airport. You can’t use the Jacuzzi if you don’t have your own boxers or swimwear. They don’t tell you this when you make the booking.
