Bon rapport qualité/prix

Le logement est idéalement situé. L'arrivée autonome très appréciable. Aucun problème de communication avec le propriétaire. Salle de bain refaite récemment. Draps et serviettes de toilette fournis et impeccables. Lit confortable.

Une odeur un peu âcre (fumée + peinture ?) que je n'ai pas réussi à éliminer malgré les longues séances d'aération. La pièce principale mériterait un rafraîchissement, notamment le plafond. La petite kitchenette mériterait de disposer de quelques ustensiles supplémentaires (pas de casseroles par ex.) Il y a une télé, mais branchée à rien. C'est donc un écran, tout à fait fonctionnel, mais sur lequel il faut brancher un système de cast. Pas de WiFi

L'emplacement était très bien

Nous sommes arrivés le logement n'avait pas été nettoyé les draps et serviettes encore par terre réaction rapide du personnel ils nous ont mis dans le logement d'à côté la dame nous dit qu'il a été fraîchement nettoyé je tourne la tête vers la cuisine il y avait encore les déchets des anciens locataires. Elle me dit c'est un oubli le reste avait l'air à peu près propre si on regarde pas dans les détails les poussières ne doivent jamais être fait vu le temps s'accumulant dans les coins nous y sommes restés que pour dormir encore heureux j'ouvre le placard à couvert et là il a une bête morte l'état de la plaque de cuisson laisse a désirer également nous ne retournerons pas l'expérience avec ce propriétaire

A peine passable pour une seule nuit en déplacement prouh,n

L'emplacement hyper centre, parking gratuit.

Les clés ne sont pas sécurisées, mises dans un placard ouvert dans l'entrée, j'ai pourtant vu des boites à clés donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi elles ne sont pas utilisées. La porte n'est pas une porte d'entrée de logement mais une porte de couloir donc on entend tout le passage du hall et surtout chaque fois que la lumière du hall s'allume cela éclaire l'intérieur du studio (affreux la nuit). Il s'agit d'un rdc avec une immense fenêtre basse donc les passants ont une vue plongeante sur chacun de vos gestes. Le lit a un contour en tissu taché, le matelas et les oreillers sont aussi tachés et non protégés par des alèses. La couette c'est du papier à cigarette. Et le pompon c'est la non propreté de la salle de bain, preuves à l'appui, avec un tas de cheveux qui recouvre l'évacuation de la douche, des cheveux accrochés au pommeau et des poils partout (lavabo, murs carrelés et même lunette des wc. J'ai d'abord apprécié qu'il y ait des serviettes de douche mais j'ai ensuite hésité quand j'ai constaté la non propreté des lieux. Ah et aussi à peine 1/3 de rouleau de papier wc... Une tv posée au sol, une table mal nettoyée. Il s'agissait d'une seule nuit lors d'un déplacement professionnel et je n'aurai pas passé une nuit de plus. J'étais mal à l'aise. Vraiment, je ne laisse jamais ce genre de commentaire mais là, ce n'est pas possible de mettre cela en location. Le studio est très simple et c'est ce que je cherchais car je cherchais le moins cher possible mais franchement, pour en faire un business il faut respecter les clients et au moins les accueillir dans un endroit propre !
