Hyväkuntoinen yksikerroksinen talo aivan kylän keskellä. Lyhyt kävelymatka hiekkarannalle ja parin kilometrin patikointi kukkulan päällä sijaitseville saksalaisten sotaraunioille. Auton voi pysäköidä aivan kuistin eteen. Sisältä talo on tilavampi kuin tavallinen mökki: isohko keittiö, takalla varustettu olohuone, kylppäri, eteinen sekä kaksi pientä makuuhuonetta (sänkyjä yhteensä viidelle). Varustelu ihan hyvä, paitsi vedenkeitin olisi ollut kiva. Omistajalta sai kalastusvinkkejä (Syltevikvatnetissa on hyvänkokoista rautua). Kaiken kaikkiaan suositeltava majapaikka. Hamningberissa saa hyvin kulumaan päivän tai pari – kun näin pitkälle ajaa, ei kannata hätäillä pois lähtemisen kanssa!

Talo on upealla paikalla hienossa Hamningbergin kylässä. Keittiö on tilava ja mökille oli helppo tulla. Talo itsessään oli kodikas.

Talossa ei ollut ollenkaan palohälyttymiä eikä häkävaroittimia. Kun ilmoitin tästä majoittajalle, en saanut mitään vastausta. Tästä tuli erittäin turvaton olo.
