Appartamento al secondo piano di una palazzina dotata di ascensore e parcheggio privato, spazioso e ben suddiviso. La dotatazione elettro-domestica è completa e di qualità. Posizionato al centro del paese permette di raggiungere tutti i servizi comodamente a piedi.
Letto singolo in camera con il matrimoniale, sarebbe stato più pratico prevedere un divano letto in soggiorno.
