I really liked the apartment, as it is comfortable and located in a quite neighborhood with combini, drugstore and supermarket located nearby.
Based on my opinion, the place is a bit bigger than shown on the pictures.
So it is spacious and enough, but still a small apartment, as it is a japanese apartment.
Some comments mentions the lack of blinds on the smaller window.
This wasn't a problem for us, so it depends on your light sensitivity while sleeping.
Another comment mentions the far length/much time getting to the closeby station as to go to other areas.
This again depends on, if you think traveling 25 min to close areas as Asakusa or Akihabara sounds bad, as other areas are farther away.
We didn't find it bothersome, as we would be outside all day anyways.
It is a very niche thing, but there wasn't a bath stool in the bathroom.
Also, as they only collect trash once a week, you will need to find some space for the trash bags (we were two people and we would have liked to had thrown away the trash bags some days before scheduled time).

Very comfortable apartment with easy access to the metro. Grocery stores and other shops within close proximity as well. Air conditioning was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being so close to everything the area was lovely and quiet. Overall it had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay in Tokyo
Only small thing was the lack of blinds on one of the windows in the room.

La cama era bastante cómoda para lo que parecía al principio y el barrio muy tranquilo para dormir bien. Además de que había de todo en el apartamento.
Estaba lejos de las estaciones de metro y tren, y de los principales puntos turísticos, aunque ya lo sabíamos al final del día se hacía más dura la vuelta.
