We loved our stay at Old Balcony Apartment! The place has been beautifully restored, with huge comfortable rooms, a kitchenette and fridge, a good bathroom and lovely décor. The location is perfect, very central and within walking distance of everything, with supermarkets, banks and cafés nearby.
The hosts are warm and generous, and communication was excellent. We especially loved the beautiful garden full of trees and vegetables — and of course the two hilarious, friendly, chubby dogs! 😂🐾 They made us laugh every day.A beautiful place with character, comfort and wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything! ❤️
We loved everything

Really loved these apartments! Great location, with everything close by, while the place itself is quiet and very cozy. The interior is stylish, roomy and clean. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay and even more. The host is really lovely and welcoming 😊 And the garden is such a nice bonus, a perfect little spot to sit and relax.
Had such a lovely stay and I’d be very happy to come back!

This was one of the best places I have stayed at. The hosts are incredibly kind, they helped us with everything and they welcomed us warmly. The room was also very nice - I liked the choice of colours and the nice carpets made the place extra comfy. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Kutaisi.
We liked everything!
